Welcome to the Franconia Notch Motel! We are located just 1/2 mile south of Franconia Notch State Park on U.S. Route 3 in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Your host is always available for information and to serve coffee to her guests in the morning.

Our tree-studded property borders the Pemigewasset River, where picnic tables with grills are available for outdoor cooking and a picturesque stroll surrounded by the beautiful White Mountains.

We offer a variety of accommodations - double, queen, and two double bedded rooms with full tiled bath having tub/shower combination.

Also available are screen-porched cottages with two rooms both connecting to a full bath with shower stall.

All units are immaculate, having color-cable TV, individually controlled heat and air conditioning.

We are open during the winter and are less than 10 minutes from Loon or Cannon Mountain Ski Areas. Discount ski tickets and special mid-week rates are available.

We are within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment with many natural and man-made Attractions nearby. Our mountains provide many trails in summer and skiing for winter. Sorry, no pets.
